$$$    FAFSA APPLICATION IS OPEN!   $$$
Don't forget to complete your FAFSA!

All high school seniors and current college students should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Congrats, you’ve filed the FAFSA! But now what?
Here are some financial aid next steps:

1. Check your email every day! Financial aid offices at universities may email you about your financial aid application and ask for additional materials. This is called verification. If you need help locating these materials, please contact us!

2. If you’d like to send your FAFSA to more schools, log back into the application, add your schools and resubmit the FAFSA. This will not change how much money you are eligible for.

3. Talk to your school counselor about local scholarship opportunities. They will often receive applications from local organizations looking to give scholarships to DPS students.
