2019 has been quite a year for RLD, increasing the reach of this wonderful therapy with the publication of the book, (REFLEXOLOGY LYMPH DRAINAGE Illustrated step by step guide to the Sally Kay method) which is available worldwide from bookshops and online retailers, in full colour as a hard copy and an e-book. Signed copies are available from the RLD website 

In October the latest RLD research was presented at the National Lymphoedema Network (NLN) conference in Boston by Judith Whatley. This is significant in the RLD timeline, as the first time its has been presented at a non reflexology conference. I hope this is the beginning of wider acceptance of this modality of reflexology. 

After teaching the last course of the year I created a slideshow of 2019. It was lovely looking back at the happy memories and fantastic to know we have RLDers from Alaska to New Zealand.  

In 2020 I plan to create some new and exciting training material to increase the accessibility of RLD. This includes time in a studio recording an audio version of the book for visually impaired reflexologists and for anyone who prefers listening to reading. You will also find some new video content on YouTube, where I've added the extra RLD moves. See how to adapt the original protocol for bilateral swelling of the arms as well as for lower limbs. I will also be sharing some reflexology hints & tips on my YouTube channel in future.

BOOK HERE - the only 2020 RLD class in the USA - 7th & 8th March in Tampa at Foot Whisperer Institute 

In response to interest in RLD in the USA after the NLN conference presentation in Boston, for the first time other bodyworkers, nurses, physiotherapists and lymphoedema therapists will be able to attend the RLD training in Tampa. Sam Belyea at The Foot Whisperer Institute will teach a two-day 'introduction to reflexology' course on 5th & 6th March before I teach RLD on 7th & 8th March which I'm very much looking forward to. 
The book 'REFLEXOLOGY LYMPH DRAINAGE Illustrated step by step guide to the Sally Kay method' is available to order from Amazon and all international online book retailers, full colour soft back edition or kindle.
New for 2020 - soon to be available as an audiobook.
