Charleston Wrap Fundraiser
ENDS THIS SATURDAY, DECEMBER 14TH!
Please tell family and friends to get their orders in today!
This fundraiser was originally schedule to go through December 22nd. However, we received notification from Charleston Wrap that the "store will be closing this Saturday, December 14th in order to make preparations for our Spring 2020 fundraising programs" . . . Not sure what that means exactly but it certainly means our fundraiser is over this Saturday!
Perfect for out-of-town friends and family who want to support your band student, Charleston Wrap has many special gifts for the holidays (yes, quality wrapping paper as well!). Supporters can shop over 1,500 items! The proceeds of every purchase will make a BIG difference in reaching our fundraising goals this school year.
What to do . . .
Watch your inbox for a separate email you can use to forward to your friends and family.

Christmas Tree Lot -trees are movin'!
We're in the home stretch for the tree lot fundraiser. A combination of great staff, great weather, and weak competition has afforded us happy customers and very strong sales at the locally-famous-Lassiter-Band-Tree-Lot!
Only 3 sale days are left . . . and volunteer signups are scant so please put your name down for a couple of hours. There are shifts for payment processing, selling, loading, cutting, and clean up. As always, training is free!
Lot Hours:
Dec 12, 6-8pm
Dec 13, 6-9pm
Dec 14, 9am-9pm
Dec 15, 1-4pm clean up
Students will receive service hours. Email is volunteer@lbba.org; contact is Ginger LePage.

Symphonic I Band parents -Mr. Thompson has decided not to participate in the President's Cup in Washington DC this coming April. This would have been a fantastic experience for our students, but the timing and financial pressures will be too great at this time.
