The Waivered Prescriber Support Initiative Presents: Demystifying DEA’s Role and Implementing a Zero Risk Program
Monday, December 16, noon – 1:00 PM (PT). CME and CE credit available.
Register now to learn about the authority of the Drug Enforcement Administration. The goal is alleviating clinicians’ concerns about operating an MAT medical practice.

Resources

Impact of MAT Expansion Project
The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has published new resources highlighting the reach of the MAT Expansion Project. A visual two-page flier (PDF) shows expanded access to MAT in more than 650 places, 21,800 new patients with opioid use disorder who have received MAT, and 7,500 cases where naloxone rescued people who overdosed. A longer piece (PDF) provides more detail on several MAT projects. 

MAT Data Snapshots by County
The Urban Institute has released updated data snapshots to show, by county, the prevalence of opioid use disorder and treatment gaps. Available here
