This is a moment to CELEBRATE OUR COMMUNITY'S ADVOCACY WORK to get to this point in the process of revitalizing the Coast Guard neighborhood. It's also an opportunity to show our GRATITUDE to Congressman Jared Huffman and Supervisor Dennis Rodoni for their vital work in making it possible for the County to purchase this property – with the express purpose of creating homes our community can afford.
CLAM will bid to win the development project in January 2020. For the moment, we're thrilled that the property is now in County ownership, so the real work can begin!
View the County's invitation, please share it widely and JOIN US!
Membership in CLAM really counts as we double down on our work to win the bid to develop the Coast Guard property. Why? Community support is one of the County's criteria in evaluating proposal submissions.
So...if you haven't joined CLAM yet or renewed your membership, please click here. And please invite everyone you know who is not already a member of CLAM to join. This is especially meaningful at this time in demonstrating the strength of our community's commitment to creating homes that local workers, families and seniors can afford.
Each day, another step closer. Thank you for your support.
