Since we kicked off our annual winter fundraising campaign, “Cold Nights, Warm Hearts,” on Giving Tuesday we have raised an outstanding $20,300 online! We hit our $20,000 goal thanks to a $10,000 donation by filmmaker Colin Trevorrow. We are stretching our campaign goal to raise an incredible $30,000 online this holiday season to better serve our veterans. With that in mind, we still could use your support!
All donations go to cover the costs of meals and fill backpacks full of supplies for our holiday luncheon for homeless veterans. Additional funds raised will go to our emergency housing fund for unsheltered veterans during these cold winter nights.
This year, we are preparing a holiday feast and giving backpacks to 350 veterans who are still struggling with life on the streets in the San Francisco Bay Area. Whether you donate $5 or $500, every little bit helps!
