FREE Mindfulness Video
<<First Name>>,

This is a trying time for our country and the world.  I hope this mindful exercise really helps you.  Also, in case you missed the launch of my original exercise and guide, you can check it out (FREE) on my website or by clicking the button below.

The reason it's called "Exposure-Friendly" is that it is specially designed to help a person be mindful of whatever they are experiencing, not just attempting to feel better or forcing distraction.  Don't get me wrong- distraction and relaxation have their place.  But when we force them, problems happen.  A hallmark of Exposure Therapybeing able to tolerate distress without engaging in pathological responses (rituals, safety behaviors) that negatively reinforce fear.  Distractions and relaxation when facing our fears can backfire (see the research at the end of the guide).  So if we need a different set of tools to face fear and distress, here's one of them.

Blessings,

~Justin
