Part-time work for men is definitely on the rise. The job market landscape is changing rapidly.  It is just a matter of a few more generations until part-time becomes the norm for men as well. Teilzeitkarriere  includes a job sharing portal and collaborates actively with association PTO (Part-time Optimisation). Statistics reveal men are also more interested to apply for positions as a job or top share as it allows them to continue a rewarding career on a part-time basis.
