WE'RE PROUD TO CELEBRATE THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE FIRM
On October 31, 1994, we opened the doors to Hangley Aronchick Segal & Pudlin, attempting to prove that we could build a firm that went head-to-head with the biggest firms without losing its spirit or sense of humor. Now 25 years later, we are proud to celebrate our accomplishments and remember the people and events who have made this firm unique and successful. Here are some of our fondest memories, most meaningful cases, and, of course, our favorite holiday cards of the last 25 years. 
HANGLEY ARONCHICK ADVISES MITCHELL | GENEX ON ACQUISITION OF COMPALLIANCE
Shareholder Michele Fenkel advised Mitchell | Genex, a leader in technology solutions, medical cost containment, and disability management services, in its acquisition of CompAlliance, an established provider of managed care services. This acquisition furthers Mitchell | Genex's position as a market leader in providing the broadest continuum of best-in-class technology, services, clinical, and pharmacy solutions to the Workers’ Compensation, Auto Casualty, Auto Physical Damage, Disability, and Group Health markets.
BILL HANGLEY PARTICIPATES IN PA BAR INSTITUTE'S "BEST PRACTICES IN PRETRIAL LITIGATION IN FEDERAL COURTS" EVENT
On November 7, Shareholder Bill Hangley was one of several distinguished panelists for the PBI's day-long program entitled "Best Practices in Pretrial Litigation in the Federal Courts." The event covered processes and strategies to help litigate in federal court. 
RON SCHILLER SPEAKS AT CAYMAN CAPTIVE INSURANCE CONFERENCE
On December 3, Shareholder Ronald Schiller served as a panelist at the Cayman Captive Forum 2019, a conference dealing with issues in the captive insurance industry attended by more than 1,400 specialists from around the world. Ron’s panel, “The Increase of Sexual Abuse Litigation in the Medical Professional Market-Is This the New Norm?,” dealt with the explosion of sexual abuse claims filed against medical professionals, including members of the captive community, in the past 24 months, and discussed whether these new cases are an aberration or the tip of an iceberg, encompassing years - if not decades - of alleged abuse. Other panelists included Cheryl DeKleine of Ascension and Richard Henderson of TransRe, who also moderated.
FAMILY LAW SHAREHOLDERS PRESENT TWO INTRODUCTORY FAMILY LAW PROGRAMS
Shareholder Jerry Shoemaker recently spoke at an event for law students co-hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section and Greater Philadelphia Area Law Schools on the topic of “What Every Law Student Needs to Know About Landing a Job in Family Law.” In addition, Jerry also recently planned and moderated a Family Law 101 CLE for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and was joined by Shareholder Helen Casale as a panelist.  
MIA ROSATI NAMED TO THE BOARD OF COURT APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATES 
Associate Mia Rosati has been named to the Board of Directors of Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (CASA) Philadelphia. Mia became involved with the organization last year and as a board member she will help advance the work CASA is doing for children in foster care in Philadelphia.
JASON LEVINE RECOGNIZED AS A RISING STAR BY THE ANTI-DEFAMATION LEAGUE
Shareholder Jason Levine was recently recognized as a Rising Star by the Anti-Defamation League. Jason received this award for his efforts toward expanding the ADL’s presence throughout the South Jersey community.
KELLEY MENZANO FAZZINI PRESENTS A WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN GOING THROUGH DIVORCE
Associate Kelley Menzano Fazzini participated in Second Saturdays, a monthly workshop for women in Montgomery County going through a divorce. The popular workshop series provides women with the legal and financial tools they need to make the best decisions for themselves and their families.

We are thrilled to welcome John Hill to Hangley Aronchick as an associate in the Litigation Department. John earned his degree, cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where he was the Online Editor of the Alaska Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board.
