Good Afternoon!

Have you caught your breath from Thanksgiving yet? Gearing up for Christmas, Chanukah, or another festive winter celebration? I was fortunate to spend an amazing Thanksgiving week away with some of my family this year. We had lots of quality and crazy family time together over meals, jigsaw puzzles, working out, riding horses (yes, everyone rode on this trip!) and chilling on the beach.

I invite you to take a moment to think of when you last spent genuine time with your family. I'm picturing scenic drives, playing board games, or going on vacation together. If you're having to really think about it, maybe it's time for you and your family to have a get-together.

It's amazing to me how easily we get caught up in the daily grind of work and chores and put off carving out time for family. Well that time is now! We cannot underestimate the importance of building and maintaining strong family connections. And if you're having trouble making that time, there's hope!

In this week's blog, "Bonding with Experiences: The Importance of Growing Closer with Your Family," we will discuss why it's so important to set aside time with your loved ones and offer a few ideas of what you all can do together.

We're Waiting to Hear from You!
Our licensed psychologists and therapists in Tampa are ready to listen and help your family find a positive path to start building closer bonds. Contact us today to learn more about how we can help!

All my best...
