We’ve released the world's largest-ever analysis of Yammer networks after examining the collaboration activities of 98 organisations, 1.8 million employees and more than 15 million Yammer interactions worldwide.
SWOOP’s 2019 Global Yammer Benchmarking report found Yammer networks have grown and prospered over the past 12 months, despite high adoption of Microsoft Teams. In fact, we found overall collaboration activity more than triples when both Teams and Yammer are deployed.
Our research found organisations starting to use Yammer have learned from others to accelerate their adoption rates while more mature Yammer users have moved beyond the social media stages to gain business value by problem solving and innovating.
A cultural analysis shows that when appropriately supported by executive leadership, Yammer can become an effective platform for cultural change across an organisation.

We hosted our second North American SWOOP Chat in Chicago on November 14 where we had a rich day of learning and collaboration.
PepsiCo's Senior Manager UC and Collaboration, Amy Straley, shared how PepsiCo is enabling employee engagement and cultural transformation while Mars' Digital Workplace Collaboration Lead, Kimberly Henderson, shared insights into how Mars uses Yammer across its global business to better connect its 80,000-plus workforce.
Larry Glickman, Director, Reform Movement Marketplace at the Union for Reform Judaism, led a panel discussion on Digitally Enabled Culture Change, which resulted in an afternoon of discussion and story sharing.

We were honoured to partner with simply-communicate at Europe’s No.1 internal communications conference, smilelondon.
SWOOP CEO Cai Kjaer and SWOOP's Director of Sales Nic Goetz hosted an exhibit at the event and had the opportunity to meet partners, customers and friends.
The highlight was hearing from our customers Pete Johns from The NRMA and Meritxell Guinart Mola from Nestlé and learning how SWOOP has helped them become better collaborators.
