We do know this time of the year adds extra stress to our industry. Hopefully perspective wins out for most and the number of sales and joy you are able to bring to most of your customers is what the focus is. It has been a very busy week and we have pushed our team to do even more and they have responded! We are very proud of our team but at the same time know we have plenty of room to improve. As it winds down, we wanted to give you some quick details about any fixes we need to make based on mistakes from human error.

On top of everything, we were hit with a winter storm here in St Louis, MO today that is supposed to last until tomorrow afternoon. We value the safety of our staff so have left it up to them if they feel safe getting here. The management team is prepared to stay the night tonight so we will continue to do our best to work through production.

Reprints / Errors
As the season's volume increases, so do the number of reprints. The percentage of issues overall is down so we are doing our best.  As we head into the close of the Holiday season we know you will have to deal with some issues and we certainly apologize for that and want to do our best to help. Each of the products we make is made by hand and even on the big equipment, a person has to layout the product over the top of a print as it rolls by. Then it is reviewed by a human. Due to the volume, we have had to employ more temporary labor than ever before and have been trying to get them all up to speed. We have done everything we can in our process to eliminate mistakes, but as you know mistakes will happen. We always prioritize reprints and get them out as urgent production. Just send us a picture to support@picthegift.com. Please avoid using info@picthegift.com or the order notes from our website as we have found that many times those don't get through. Please use support@picthegift.com!

As we get closer there will be occasions when we can not deliver a fix in time for the Holiday. To continue to offer you the best wholesale pricing possible we are unable to pay for expedited shipping on reprints, though we will do everything possible to get it to the customer on time. We get that people want to give these gifts on time, and that is always our goal. It will take teamwork between us to continue to make this happen. Your customer will have the item that is not exactly right and then they will get the correct item as soon as possible after the fact.

If we can not deliver a reprint on time, we have three options. 1) We can proceed with the reprint and it could arrive slightly after the Holiday. 2) We can ship a replacement to a different address if it will miss the "gift" date. 3) We can provide a refund/credit for the item and you can handle with your customer as you see fit and we will do our best to help make that as easy as possible.
