for Embracing Age…
During this season of Advent it’s good to look back on the year with gratitude for all that God has done. We are so aware that this is His work which we are privileged to be involved with.
This time last year we were trusting God for the finances for a new season of replication, and we have seen his abundant provision, both financially and with new staff. God is good!
There has been a new momentum this year in the replication of Care Home Friends and we have new projects lining up for next year too.
So, how could your prayers really help us as the year draws to a close?
- Please pray for all our new and existing projects: For the champions leading them, and the volunteers visiting residents. Pray that both the new projects starting out and existing projects would flourish and know the blessing of God on all that they do.
- Pray the seeds that have been sown over the year about Care Home Friends would grow and bear fruit so that we have lots of new projects starting in 2020.
- Pray for the right person to apply for the Care Home Friends Co-ordinator role on the Isle of Wight. The closing date is December 31st.
- Pray for the staff and residents at your local care home over this Christmas season. Pray that they would know and experience the wonder of Emmanuel - God with us.
