We have partnered with Accenture to create the Movement to Work Employability Skills Curriculum which is available to Movement to Work members. Hosted in the members area of the website, you'll need to enter the password: M2Wmembers.

This programme is an online employability training tool which helps prepare young people for their placement. It does this by building the skills and confidence needed to maximise the value they get from the experience and helps them to translate their new skills into the key steps needed to get a job. The programme can be delivered classroom style or individually depending on what works best for your cohort.

The Skills to Succeed Academy, which focuses on supporting people to become ‘work ready’ and the Digital Skills Training, are flexible, engaging and are designed to complement an employer’s existing employability programmes. Using these will take some of the training burden off your companies, whilst better preparing young people for the world of work!
