GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Receive RHS Announcements through email by clicking “Email List Services” under QUICK LINKS on the RHS Homepage

It’s not too late to submit a senior photo.  Pictures turned in after the holidays won’t be alphabetical order in the senior section, but they WILL be in the yearbook.

Here are some answers to frequently asked questions:

  • The yearbook tries to capture the history of RHS each year.  Each student is part of that history, and they really should be in the book.
  • Pictures do not have to be taken by a professional photographer, although some students may elect that option.  However, a good quality snapshot will work.
  • Pictures can be casual or formal, but they should respect school rules.  (e.g., appropriate dress, no weapons, etc.)
  • It’s easy to submit pictures.  Use this link to find out how to upload the picture electronically  (https://sites.google.com/apps.district196.org/yearbook) OR stop by room 303 and talk to Mrs. Drew.

The Drawer Donation Bin
Rosemount High School has a donation bin located outside of the Career Center for a local non-profit organization...THE DRAWER.  The Drawer was founded and run by long-time Rosemount Community members Stew and Debby Shepard.  The Drawer's mission is to provide warmth and dignity to those in need.  They collect and distribute NEW socks and underwear to those who need them the most.  Those basic items are some of the most needed items for the homeless, sheltered and underprivileged.  How can you help?  Drop off socks and underwear in the bin located outside of the Career Center or visit www.thedrawer.org for more information.  You may contact Lynn Heieie (lynn.heieie@district196.org) in the Career Center with any questions.
