My 5th Annual Holiday Show
I will be hosting my 5th Annual Holiday Show in my Studio-Gallery in Seattle's Pioneer Square over two weekends in Dec: Dec 14 & 15, and Dec 21 & 22. This is a great opportunity to visit my studio, see my art, and stock up on holiday gifts. As always, there will be studio specials and holiday discounts (including on original art).
Address: 306 S. Washington St. #107, Seattle WA 98104
Holiday Show Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dec 14, 15, 21, 22
Parking is on the street and in the nearby lots. Street parking is free on Sundays.
Note: there is a Seahawks game on Dec 22nd so I only recommend stopping by if you're already planing to be at the game - otherwise come on one of the other days.

I recently completed a public art project commissioned by the City of Renton: a series of whimsical mini-murals, based on Renton History, installed behind street signs around the Burnett Linear Park in Renton WA. This project was research intensive and took more than an year from start to finish. See the designs in detail and read about the history at SouthRentonArt.com
Many thanks to the City of Renton for sponsoring this neighborhood art project.

I'm very pleased to share that my second book of funny poems, Lord of the Bubbles, was awarded the 2019 Moonbeam Bronze Award for Children's Poetry. Yay! :)
(My first poetry book, The Bubble Collector, previously won the 2013 Moonbeam Silver Award for Children's Poetry so I'm delighted to be two for two!).
To celebrate the award I was able to institute a price-drop on the book. The book can be ordered from Amazon and through bookstores, or come by my studio-gallery to get a signed copy.

Buzz continues to build for my third book of funny poems, A Hatful of Dragons. It will be released in March 2020, but can already be pre-ordered now.
"For fans of Shel Silverstein and Jack Prelutsky, a fresh new poetry collection featuring delicious vocabulary, wide-ranging subjects, and recurring characters and art sub-plots that weave the poems together into a hilarious experience!"

My studio-gallery is open several times a month and by appointment. I invite you to come visit and see fresh art during the monthly Pioneer Square First Thursday ArtWalk, or on some Second Saturday, or by appointment. Anytime you find yourself in Pioneer Square, you are welcome to come ring the bell. I am at my studio most days (unless I'm working an event elsewhere).
