January Pilates Class Schedule



We will be running Pilates classes all through January but on a REVISED schedule.  Many of our staff are away and shifts have slightly changed so you may have a different practitioner.

Please see below for the revised schedule on our website.  Online booking available.  Please ask for you client “online booking code” at the front desk if you intend to book online so as not to create a new profile on our database.

Classes will include:

  • Self-screening & flexibility training
  • Core strength / Pilates exercises
  • Improvement of basic movement patterns
  • General strength circuit
  • Prescription of an individualised home exercise routine

Class Dates:
December: week of Dec 9 & 16
Monday, Wednesday at 2pm
January: week of Jan 7, 14, 21
Tuesday, Thursday at 11am

$30 / class
Special Offer:
$180 to attend all 10 sessions

GLA:D Refresher

Did you complete a GLA:D program at Spring in 2019? If the busy season has caused you to skip your home exercise sessions, come in for a January GLA:D Refresher course. Sarby will be running these classes to update your current exercises and give you incentive to keep going well into the future.

1/2 PRICE for regular GLA:D classes throughout January 
Tuesday 7th, 14th & 21st January at 12noon
Thursday 9th January at 11:30am
Thursday 16th & 23rd January at 12noon
$150 for all six classes or $25 per class

January Strength Sessions

START STRONG IN 2020

Build injury resilience, increased muscle tone and gain more energy with a structured weights program with Melanie Foley.

Tuesday and Thursday 9am
3 week block starting January 7th

January Gym Membership

Come and use our fully equipped gym, pilates and cardio space to do your own independent gym program for the entire month of January for one low fee of $100.00.

Only eligible for existing clients  who are independent or approved by your physiotherapist.
