Today: New WBUR polling data from N.H.; Tsarnaev appeals death row sentence, what to know about lifted vaping ban.

We have some new polling data for you today. We went to New Hampshire and spoke with voters about which presidential candidate's campaign is resonating the most and how they feel about whether President Trump should be impeached and removed from office. Read our stories below to see the results.

But, the new WBUR poll suggests the first-in-the-nation primary race continues to be highly unsettled.

A few themes are emerging from listening tours with Boston School Superintendent Brenda Casselius: equity and opportunity. Cassellius said the community sessions will help her make her strategic plan due out in January.

3. Tsarnaev’s Attorneys Want Him Off Death Row. Here’s What They'll Argue
Attorneys for Tsarnev’s defense and the federal government will make their cases in front of three appeals court judges at the Moakley Courthouse in Boston — the same courthouse where Tsarnaev was sentenced in 2015. Both sides have already filed hundreds of pages of court records arguing their case. 

4. The Mass. Ban On Vaping Product Sales Lifts Wednesday. Here's What You Need To Know
Some products will again be available for legal purchase, but the retail sale of flavored vaping liquids will remain illegal, under a recently passed state law.

5. House Democrats To Begin Amending Impeachment Articles Wednesday Evening
The Judiciary Committee is expected to convene on Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. to amend the impeachment legislation. A second session is expected on Thursday morning at 9 a.m.
