Thank you!
You did something amazing! Because of your generosity, we have 4,626 cookies to distribute to our food pantry clients this afternoon. That's 154% of the Mission, Peace, and Justice Committee's goal of 3,000 cookies.
You have made the holiday just a little bit sweeter for our clients. We deeply appreciate your commitment to those in need of food assistance in our community.
Sincerely,
Gillie Presley, chair; Mission, Peace, and Justice Committee
Jennifer Sheppard, manager, Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry

The Mission, Peace, and Justice Committee coordinates the justice and service ministries of Grace Presbyterian Church. For more information, contact committee chair Gillie Presley: gilrox@att.net.
The Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry at Grace Presbyterian Church serves more than 700 individuals representing more than 300 families each month. The pantry accepts donations of non-perishable items including canned goods, grains, pastas, etc. The pantry also has a need for grocery bags. Donations can be made by leaving items in the food pantry basket at the back of the sanctuary each Sunday or by bringing them to the church office during normal hours of operation.
Many volunteers are needed each month both for distribution days and for stocking the pantry and for bagging food. To more information and/or to volunteer, contact the Volunteer Coordinator, Susan Donovan: sdonovan@law.ua.edu.
