It's time to show our wonderful EMS Staff how much we appreciate all they do for our kids. The PTSA will be hosting a Hot Chocolate Bar with treats for the staff on Thursday, December 19.
We need volunteers to bring treats, set up, serve, and clean up to make this happen! We’re looking for treats that are holiday themed. Please sign up here if you are willing to help. Sign-ups close on Tuesday December 17 by 3pm. |

It's Not Too Late to Participate in Pass the Hat
Thank you to everyone who has already donated to the Evergreen PTSA this school year. We are not quite at our fundraising goal, and it is not too late to donate and help us reach our goal. If you have funds set aside for charitable giving this year, please consider using some of them to support Evergreen PTSA. Your donations allow our PTSA to provide support and enrichment at Evergreen Middle School. Be on the lookout for some exciting new PTSA sponsored activities and programs in the New Year!

Exciting Update from Bridge Club

Six Evergreen students participated in a youth bridge tournament in Seattle, along other 40 students on 12/12. We won!
Christopher and Ryan won #1 in the new players group. Jeffery and his partner from another school won #1 overall. Kudos to the students and coach Al!

Your PTSA Needs you!
We are looking for a few positions to round up your PTSA and deliver the best outcomes for our students and staff.
- Financial Review Committee - To assure that the PTSA Board has acted responsibly and followed good financial practices, mid-year and end-of-year financial reviews of the books and records must be conducted. We still need one more volunteer! All EMS PTSA members are eligible to serve on this committee except those with PTSA check-signing authority. If you are interested, please contact secretary@evergreenptsa.org.
- Lead Driver for Pantry Packs - Pantry Packs provides weekend food to food-insecure students in the Lake Washington School District. This volunteer opportunity is a once a month commitment to pick up and deliver pantry packs to the EMS library. Please contact Tanya Rusak, if you are interested.
- VP Advocacy - Focuses on legislative issues related to or affecting our students, staff, school, and district. Attends monthly board meetings. Please contact our Volunteer Coordinator if you are interested!

Don't miss the final pre-sale opportunity, now through December 20th. Only students who have purchased a book prior to winter break are guaranteed to get a book in June. Cost: $40. NO Refunds on yearbook!
Please login to Online Payments Portal and check your purchase history if a yearbook was purchased at the beginning of the school year.
At Cashier’s window: end of B Lunch. Bring a check payable to EMS for $40. Write the student’s name on the “memo” of the check. If paying with cash, please have the exact amount.

Eastlake High School Incoming 9th Grade Parent Night
