Buffalo Ski Center Update

We are super excited to get this season rolling!!
Well it is that time of year when Mother Nature is off her meds. It is officially winter and temperatures currently are warmer now than what we saw in October. Our goal every year is to open the day after Christmas. With the current forecast temperatures are not in favor of making snow. Temps need to be in the low 20's for optimal snow making.

There is some good news...We did make snow during the last cold spell around the clock, approximately 60 hours. The piles are big and beautiful. Keeping the snow in piles allows the snow to last longer by decreasing surface area.

Mark your calendars for Saturday 12/28/19 we plan to be open 11 am - 5 pm.

We are planning to push the piles out on the Lower Zoo- Magic Carpet area- to get our young families some terrain.

Keep your fingers crossed that Friday's 50 degrees and rain doesn't affect us too much as we potentially can have other terrain open as well.

If you had your season pass photos printed in advance they are ready in the Guest Services for you to pick up.

If you still need photos taken, no worries. Our office will be open Thursday 12/26 10 -2 and Friday 12/27 10-4.

Lockers
There are limited locker rentals left at both Sitzmarker and Tamarack-cost is only $200 for the season. A locker will hold a family of 5 ski's and poles.
