Church Finance Update

For those unable to attend the December 8 congregational meeting, here is a brief synopsis of our financial position heading into December.
  • general offering receipts this year are ahead of last year but behind where we need to be to achieve the giving goal the congregation set for 2019
  • expenses so far this year are for the most part in line with what was laid out in the 2019 budget
  • as in past years, we will be relying on a surge in giving in December to fully fund our ministry objectives
  • assuming  December offerings including Christmas Eve offerings keep pace with what was given last year, we are projecting a modest operating deficit of $2,000
Thank you for your generous support so far this year. We look forward to seeing you at one of our Christmas Eve services.
HONK IF YOU LOVE JESUS!
The new LED sign out front of the church is now complete!  Traffic driving by will now be informed of service times, special events and the time & temperature.
The office staff will be able to load messages onto the screen from the comfort of their office chair - no more frozen fingers!
