Happy Holidays everyone! Now, let's get out there and burn off all those holiday treats!
This week we suggest 9 miles, but it's also another Mentor's Choice, so pay attention to those Pace Group emails to make sure you know what route your group has opted to take. Details on how to sign up, if you haven't already, are below!
All Walkers and Runners start at 7:30 regardless of route.
Coach Barry will at the desk at 1450 if anyone has any pre-run questions, so take advantage of his knowledge and wisdom.

How do I get my Pace Group emails?
|
|
Especially on a Mentor's Choice week, it's really important to make sure you are receviving emails from your Pace Group, so you know what route your group has opted to take.
In order to receive weekly emails from your mentor, you must join the appropriate pace group via the website. It's very easy - below is a pic showing the navigation. A couple of notes:
- You must be a registered member for the current season to join.
- You are free to join or leave any pace group you like at any time.
If you are still not receiving your Pace Group emails after following these instructions to sign up, please email webmaster@laleggers.org.
