Dear Service Researcher,

2019 is slowly but surely coming to an end! We hope it was a good year for you; both personally and professionally.

Today, we send you the last issue of the newsletter for this year! In this issue, Ming-Hui Huang talks about her research journey regarding AI and service, Jenny van Doorn shares five tips for a good service paper, and we do a review of this years LTAS in New York City.

Further, I would like to remind you about the annual SERVSIG awards. Please think about, who you want to nominate for each award and mail it to the corresponding committee chair.

Finally, enjoy the holiday season. On behalf of the SERVSIG family, we wish you a great New Year 2020, and hope to see you at one of the service events next year.

Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays from Boston
