Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year to all members, supporters and partners of Cork Harlequins. I would especially like to thank all the volunteers who are so giving of their time. The club would not manage without your support and would not be the successful club we are. Latest News

We are all looking forward to Davey and Conor Harte's Christmas Clinic for Cork Harlequins junior members – on Monday 23^rd December – 7-10yrs from 11-12 and 11-15years from 12-1. This is a free event but there will be welcome donations in aid of Cork Penny Dinners on the day.

There’s going to be music, hot chocs etc in the hall after for both groups – along with autograph signing, prizes for best dressed....

There has been a huge response so far but any other kids still interested will need to register through facilities@corkharlequins.com with name and age.

Emma Buckley, Cliodhna Sargent, Yvonne O'Byrne, Julian Dale and John Whyte are also on board to help out – but we’ll definitely need help in the hall with serving up the hot chocs etc – and ideally some parents to bring baked goods etc. See you all Monday.

This is a new initiative being run by the club to encourage mothers and others to start playing hockey. If you have played in the distant past or have never played before come along to our 6 week course starting in January. Make it one of your new years resolutions. It is 50 euros for the 6 weeks (30 euro for non playing members) and if there is enough interest we can extend it going forward. If you would like to register your interest please contact Sharon at facilities@corkharlequins.com

The Christmas Raffle took place on the 14th December with prizes galore won. All winners have been contacted and can collect their prizes on Monday 23rd December between 11am-1pm. Once again we would like to thank everyone who sold and bought tickets and especially to those who donated prizes for the draw. The draw raised over 3000 euro for the club.

Jobs at Cork Harlequins

Part time bar person: If you are interested in working in the bar from time to time particularly during EY home games or club functions please express your interest and email facilities@corkharlequins.com. Reasonable rates paid.

Budding Journalist: the club is looking for a volunteer who may have an interest in journalism/social media. This might suit a TY student considering journalism as a future career or someone already working in the industry. Contact Sharon at facilities@corkharlequins.com if interested.

Book your kids birthday party this Summer at Cork Harlequins. Members can avail of the 50% reduction on all rental. Food can also be organised with Amberley Food Store (Monday-Saturday). For further details and bookings ring Sharon at 0871953447.

Club Solicitors O'Donoghue and Associates offer a 15% discount to all club members. They provide legal services in all the usual areas, house purchase/sale, employment, family, accidents etc. If you would like to make an enquiry about any legal advices please mention you are a member of Cork Harlequins.
