Lake Worth Beach -- The City of Lake Worth Beach is proud to announce that on December 5 parking manager, Ricardo Espana, was honored by the Florida Parking and Transportation Association during their annual conference in Clearwater. Ricardo won the Carol Easterling Award for being the best Front Line Parking Manager of the Southern District of Florida. He then went on to win the award for best Front Line Supervisor in the State of Florida!
"Ricardo Espana is a most reliable, dedicated and knowledgeable employee and a great example of what the City of Lake Worth Beach stands for."
The Carol Easterling Award was established several years ago in honor of a former FPTA Board Member who was a champion for those front line employees whom she felt were the unsung heroes in organizations. It is presented annually to a front-line employee who exemplifies the title of "unsung hero".
