Last year, nearly 400 individuals made donations to BEAM. People in New York, Los Angeles, and all over the country gave to help develop real pathways for advanced study for underserved students.
Mathematicians and scientists, people in technology and finance, folks who always liked math, folks who never liked math... They have at least one thing in common: they all support BEAM.
This is our final reminder of the year. There's still time to multiply your impact! Give through December 31, and all new and increased donations will be multiplied by pi! All other donations will be doubled.

— Eric, freshman, City College of New York, majoring in math. Eric was BEAM's first-ever student to attend PROMYS (Program in Mathematics for Young Scientists), a prestigious summer program at Boston University for students to dive into number theory. He has also been a counselor at BEAM and has coached a middle school math team.
