A second project meeting from the Prince Project was held on 9th October 2019 at Alfeite Naval base. The purpose of this meeting was to prepare PRINCE CBRNE exercises that will be held in Alfeite Naval base in the Summer of 2021.

ProtoAtlantic Workshop at Business2Sea

Researchers from CRAS - INESC TEC, co-organized workshop 3, Blue Economy Financing, of this years edition of Business2Sea that took place at Porto from 11th to 13th November 2019. This workshop was organized in the framework of the ProtoAtlantic Project and brought together different stakeholders in the Startup and SME financing systems in the Maritime area in order to identify available financing instruments, discuss the main difficulties and identify measures to be promoted to facilitate access to finance. The Portuguese Minister of the Sea, Ricardo Serrão Santos, visited INESC TEC's booth at the exhibition area of Business2Sea.

MineHeritage Steering Committee Meeting

On November 26, Ana Pires represented INESC TEC in the Steering Committee Meeting of the MineHeritage Project. The meeting was hosted by Prof. Juan Herrera Herbert (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid - UPM / Technical University of Madrid). It was possible to visit the facilities of the School, library and Museum, and also to visit the Almaden Mining Park (Parque Minero de Almadén).
