Do you work with service users who are unemployed or struggling with barriers to employment? The Pathway Star is “a conversation” which helps people to get the support they need so that they are “more able to engage with it and see where they are now and how their lives can improve.” In this blog we explore the importance of the Pathway Star and how it differs from the Work Star.

Introducing: The Preparation Star for living well, right to the end
The Preparation Star is a brand-new Outcomes Star, designed for both collaborative completion between a keyworker and service user and for self-completion and internal reflection by individuals. The Preparation Star has been specifically created to support individuals who are in hospice care, or nearing end of life, but can also be completed at any life stage. This Star helps to facilitate difficult conversations about areas such as pain management and treatments, advance wishes, legal and practical aspects as well as relationships and care and dignity, among others.
