Hi Legger,

This week we do a divine nine miler! The ROUTE is South to 2nd Perry's then North to 26th Street. However, it is also another Mentor's Choice, so pay attention to those Pace Group emails just to make sure you know what route your group has opted to take.

The mileage is under ten this week, so we bring back the pre-workout training talk. This week's talk is by Jim Doyle on Mental Toughness. See the details below!

The mileage is under ten this week, you know what that means- the return of the Training Talk!

This week we will hear from Jim Doyle on Mental Toughness. Mental Toughness in distance racing is not something that magically happens, and its hard to conjure it up at mile 20 without having some skills in your back pocket (or your hydration belt!)

Come to the talk this week to learn how to "dig deep" to find a reserve of mental strength when the road gets tough during a race.
