Well, in the world of coaching, Gratitude is a choice! And, it's a lot more than just being thankful. Gratitude is an attitude; an intentional practice that is known to reduce stress, foster resilience, and improve overall happiness. It's about 'thinking the best' of someone or a situation. As an ICA student you will learn and practice the 4 elements of Gratitude during your coach training: Generosity, Acknowledgement, Positivity, Appreciation.
