Dear Ones,
Today is the Winter Solstice, and this is associated with numerous spiritual beliefs, in many different cultures around the world, giving it a deeper energy than just the year’s shortest day. The Winter Solstice celebrates the rebirth of the sun and contains a powerful energy to support our internal regeneration, renewal and self-reflection.
In my meditation and quiet time this morning this channeling came through.
For all time during this humanity
At least as ancient as this eternity
On this day
When the sun makes its shortest transit
Between the horizon
Go Within
Seek your guidance
Find your light,
Find the love, find the compassion
The Winter Solstice is an internal moment, an alignment with your inner self, to take moments of quiet, to be reflective and to remember who you are within. It gives us a chance to look at the self and bring into focus, what we might want to achieve in the coming season. It is a great time to think about goals and intentions for the coming year but mainly an opportunity to be still and connected to all around us. The cycle of our calendar year is almost complete and soon we begin anew.
Energetically it's time to let go of the old, celebrate what has been, and make steps within ourselves to move forward.
