Less than two months ago, we got engaged by the owner of Switch Restaurant and Lounge, to help bring better coordination to their business operations and to ultimately increase sales for the venture.
The process led to the creation of a new logo, brand identity, communication materials, and redesign of the restaurant interior. We also set up processes and systems to ensure that restaurant management operations move quickly and seamlessly from the kitchen to bar, human resources, facility management, service delivery, inventory, supplies, and more.
It's been amazing how branding has given a better outlook and result in this venture, and that is not all, within this short period, revenue has increased by 40% already.
