Seasons greetings, and what a year it has been. The market in Omaha and the surrounding Matakana Coast has had a few ups and downs, however the demand for high quality coastal property has remained high.
Over the past few months, properties have been selling, some quite quickly and I expect this to continue well into the New Year.
While there aren’t any open homes until the second week of January, I currently have almost a dozen properties on the market in Omaha, Point Wells and Matakana. I will be available throughout the holiday period to discuss any properties or to organise a viewing - except Xmas day!
