All over the world, people are jumping into New Year's resolutions right now. Whether you're joining them or not, I hope you'll consider this little rec on your way...
 

THIS WEEK'S INTENTION:

GO AFTER WHAT YOU WANT
WHILE REMEMBERING WHAT YOU'VE GOT


Whatever you're going after this year, please please please do it with this in mind: You're already worthy. Of love, attention, acceptance and everything else you desire.
 

We as a culture tend to think that our goals hold the key to more worthiness.


Whether that's weight loss, a better race time or a heavier 1 rep max. The reality, however, is that all that worth you want is already yours.

In today's WM, I'm not telling you NOT to go after your goals. I'm just recommending you go after them whilst remembering that you've already got the worth part down.
 

No achievement is gonna make you MORE worthy.


What will keeping this in mind do for you? It'll take a load of stress off the goal for one. For two, it'll help you bring more balance into both the journey and your Mental Optics around what it means to achieve your goal.

Setting a goal and going after it is a great way to keep yourself motivated and excited about your health journey. While you get after it, just remember that you don't need to change anything to be worthy AF. You already got that goin' ON!

Marie Kondoing my whole house - We're moving into our brand new place this month and taking this opportunity to downsize our "things we may need some day" pile. I used to keep EVERYTHING so this is going to be an exercise in letting go fo sho. What a perfect time of year to be moving into a fresh new space!

New Year's reflection & gratitude - I spent too much of last year feeling like I wasn't where I was supposed to be. This year, I hope to spend a lot more time recognizing how good I've got it. I have a job I love, a daughter my heart explodes for on the daily, and a husband I think I manifested from a dream. Plus, you're here with me and that's pretty freaking awesome. What are you grateful for as you go into 2020?
