  • Roasted Beef Tenderloin Recipe with Creamy Horseradish Sauce
  • Dad's Crispy Red Roasted Potatoes

Your Christmas Dinner Menu
I am all about indulging on irresistible, homemade holiday fare. I munch on the sugar cookies, sip the eggnog, and dig into my husband’s preparation of biscuits and gravy on Christmas morning. Since I’m in charge of Christmas Day dinner, however, I plan for lean proteins and vegetables, keeping all of us feeling light-ish and satisfied, not sluggish or over stuffed. This is my Christmas Day menu that has been my family’s tradition for years.
Michelle in the News You Can Use
On "Indy Style" last week, I shared a few ways to brighten up your holiday recipes, with mango-glazed ham, a new spin on sweet potatoes, and a gorgeous gingerbread cake with coconut cream frosting. Get the full segment and recipes here. (Sponsored)
I'm sure you have family-favorite holiday dessert recipes already on deck, but let me suggest a couple if you're looking for more. I've got you covered with Peppermint Snowball Cookies and Peanut Brittle Bars, as seen on "Indy Style". Get my TV segment and the recipes here.
