He always made sure the bar was a beautiful blend of drinks and drinkers from all over, and it was his inspired idea to combine coconut with the juicy tropical fruit flavours of a modern hazy IPA — pineapple colliding with sharp citrus and smooth coconut, for a perfect escape.

Rhys the NEW RELEASE is a collaborative ReinCanation of our friends Rhys and Eelco from The Freehouse. They dreamt up this tropical, hazy dream under the palm trees in sunny Nelson. Their secret touch?
A squeeze of fresh lime before serving.
