Solstice Festival and Pop-Up
The Mount Dennis BIA Annual Holiday Pop-Up @ 1174 Weston Road, north of Eglinton in the vacant CIBC building, is open this Friday, December 20th from 12 noon - 6 pm and on Saturday, December 21st from 12 noon - 8 pm.
The Holiday Pop-Up features local artists and artisans as well as Mount Dennis' newest retailer, "Chatelet".
Winter Solstice celebrations are from 6 pm - 8 pm on the 21st and are INSIDE the Holiday Pop-Up @ 1174 Weston Road. Pics with Santa (bring your camera!), facepainting, a Nutcracker on stilts, hot chocolate, treats and giveaways - All FREE!
Pearen Rink
Our annual skating rink has suffered from warm weather the past two winters. If MDCA is to attempt to operate it again, we have to rebuild our volunteer base, both to flood the rink in the evening, and to open the skate hut for our free skate and equipment operations.
