Yesterday I met with my sister, Maggie, and she updated me on news about a close woman in her life who is sick and passing away. The last time they spoke, she told Maggie, “I’m never going to see my sister again.”
As Maggie relayed the words to me, our eyes welled up with tears.
I can’t imagine what life will look like one day when my sister and I have that same realization.
Mortality fucking sucks.
DEEP BREATH.
The emotion of that convo inspired me to reach out to you.

First off, The Course:
It is done it is done it is done!!
Right now I am waiting on my team of web designers to my fancy website with shopping cart! I MADE A PRODUCT! LIKE WHO AM I???? Haha I am clearly amazed.
I interviewed, recorded and created 27 videos, speaking with cutting edge coaches and therapists from around the world, on the topics of:
anxiety
body image
financial worry
difficult conversations
how to set boundaries
dealing with control issues and expectations…

And one of the topics is Grief.
Did you know that 29% of brides are impacted by the recent or imminent death of a loved one, during wedding planning? It’s true. Navigating “the happiest day of your life” during one of the most heartbreaking ruptures of life. That shit takes skill, practice, and SUPPORT.
So in the name of support, alongside The Course for Brides, I created:

The Sisterhood is a paid, online community for Brides to support and celebrate one another and themselves. The Sisterhood is a private Facebook group that includes:

Besides working through Course lessons in community, I will be in The Sisterhood almost everyday, sharing my practices and emotional balance tools, gained over the past 8+ years of personal development exploration.

Topic Two: Photography
Photography makes me happy, and I'm still shooting.
Creating The Course has been one of the most flowing, creative, productive processes of my life. It’s like I was meant to make it. AND... I love my photo clients so damn much. I mean, you guys are the reason I even thought of The Course!!
I have updated my wedding prices to now include The Course, as well as to account for my vast years of experience, expertise and awesomeness. Yep, I increased my rates A LOT.
My family and event photography rates, on the other hand, I have only raised once since 2017. I adore my current clients and desire to be your family documentarian into perpetuity!
