Job scope:
Our Senior Consultant will lead on projects for Collaborate: winning and delivering client work, and offering intellectual and managerial leadership within the team and externally. This role offers a chance to learn, grow, develop excellent practice and to build a reputation within the sector as a leader and innovator.
As a vital team member, the Senior Consultant will be expected to be part of a positive and collaborative working culture, contributing to the strategic direction, intellectual capital and the written output of the organisation. As they develop, they will seek to share and disseminate new skills, capabilities and innovative practice amongst the team.
Essential experience:
- Proven experience leading projects and workshops for improved outcomes
- Builds effective working relationships at all levels, with team members, clients and partners, empowering and supporting others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Believes in the possibility of creating positive change in complex environments

Salary: £45-55,000, dependent upon experience
Location: London-based
