The overall context for the day is ‘Connecting the Psychosynthesis Coaching Community’ and within that we are highlighting three themes:

1. Taking psychosynthesis out into the world – supporting leaders in organisations and society in their response to the emergent crisis
  • Anne Welsh – the story of coaching in GSK – how job plus coaching helped transform an organisation
  • Aubyn Howard – Growing psychosynthesis leadership coaching across Europe
  • Kenneth Sorensen – The Seven Types – and JivaYou, a new profiling tools for coaches
  • Tessa Denham – Engaging with identity and power dynamics in organisational systems – how might this be informed by psychosynthesis?
2. New ways of working with psychosynthesis in coaching – sessions focusing on different ways to draw upon psychosynthesis in your coaching practice
  • Alessandra Moretti (IIPE) – working with will and the psychological functions in coaching to magnetise the goal – a new model with exercises and techniques
  • Roger Evans – challenges and ways of working with 5DL in leadership coaching
  • Roger and Joan Evans – working with the Group Dynamics model in coaching leaders, teams and organisations
3. Introducing psychosynthesis coaching –sessions for those new to psychosynthesis, introducing this psycho-spiritual psychology, exploring how it enables us to ‘coach the being’ and providing an overview of the PGCPLC course with Q&A.
  • TBA – introduction to psychosynthesis as a psycho-spiritual psychology
  • Anne Welsh – psychosynthesis and coaching the being, using the self
  • Paul Elliott – introduction to the PGCPLC programme, Q&A
Keynote and plenary sessions with the whole group start and end the day, with three breakout workshop sessions of 1.5 hours, which will each include one option from the above three themes.  Participants can stick with the same theme or move between them.

This symposium is truly European. Petra Guggisberg Nocelli (Switzerland) will give a keynote address, Alessandra Moretti of IIPE (Italy) is leading a session on ‘working on the will with the psychological functions’, material which is new to teaching in the UK and Kenneth Sorensen (Denmark) will run a session on Jiva-You, the profiling tool based upon Assagioli’s personality types. From the UK we are very pleased to have Anne Welsh, Roger Evans and Joan Evans leading sessions, as well as Aubyn Howard, Paul Elliott and Tessa Denham who all facilitate on the PGCPLC programme.

The price for the day will be the same as last year: £100+VAT or £80+VAT with the early bird discount if you book your place before the 23rd December 2019.

We are looking forward to sharing a great day or learning and discovery with you.

Aubyn, Paul and Tessa
