I always like giving presents more than receiving them. Don’t you? The look on peoples faces when they unpack the gift ... that's so wonderful. Then you've been able to give love.

At Christmas we celebrate that God has given us the greatest gift possible... We are very grateful for that and it's definitely worth a party.
But we too, would like to give a valuable gift this Christmas: a contribution to a home for the Jena family and the children and young teenagers they take care of. Who will join us?

We recently shared that a large gift has come in to buy a piece of land. That land has been purchased, but of course the house still needs to be built. In India, the first thing you have to do is build a wall around your land! If you don't, someone else can try to sell it again or tell the neighbours that the land border is different so you will have less land left over. 

Therefore, we would like begin by raising money to place a wall around the land and then ask an architect to draw up the building plans. 

It will be a great place, where children and teenagers can sleep and live. Space around it to play outside. The Jena family and other caregivers will also live in the building and there will be spaces to train pastors. The piece of land is located on the outskirts of town, with beautiful views of nature. Just look at the pictures. A beautiful place for children to grow up. We hope that there will be a house soon and we want to really go for that together!
