MUSIC POLICY
Even though it's The Family that makes VB so special, it is the MUSIC first and foremost that unites us all.
Our 12th event in the sunshine will bring another healthy mix of the finest House Music backed up with a major portion of sweet Soul Grooves. Poolside sessions will see downtempo Funk & Boogie, Reggae, Hip Hop and anything in between thrown down.

MUSIC ARENAS
You'll be pleased to know that Xairo (the main club) WILL be used this year, despite the fact that the roof STILL hasn't even started to be repaired yet (wtf!)

THE SHANCTUARY
Full transparency... Management are not sure if they will continue to rent that sexy little venue this Summer, so I can't guarantee it'll be open for VB just yet but I've been told it's more likely than not. I'll keep you posted (we never used to have it at all and managed just fine).
Everyone loves that spot, it'll be a crying shame to lose it but it won't change the normal programming, whether for the main weekend or the mid-week, late night action. I've got something up my sleeve and you know I love a surprise or three!
We will stay loyal to those of you who have come to love your late night Soul and R&B. Thanks for your patience and trust.

We don't book names to bring people.
We do, however, think long and hard about who would compliment your vibes alongside our faithfuls.
AVAILABLE DJ SLOTS
Support DJ slots will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
There will be one or two slots available for the official pre-party taking place on Thursday 10th September for anyone who has not played a VB before.
Slots in the Pressure Cooker and mid-week Poolside for our regular DJs will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, as always we expect these to be in super high demand. As soon as you have purchased your ticket, you MUST reply to the confirmation mail, advising you have the ticket and that you want to play... otherwise how will I know to allocate you a slot?

MONTEPIEDRA
With more and more people opting to find private villas and apartments, it means this may be the ideal opportunity for you to stay 'on site' and add a whole new dimension to your VB Experience. We have a steady flow of bookings but have many rooms available at the moment.
PALMERA HOTEL
We have an abundance of rooms already reserved for you at the Palmera.
As with Event Tickets, if money is a little tight right now, you can rest easy - safe in the knowledge that you definitely will have a couple of months before having to book your Palmera Hotel room. The Palmera sold out last year, the first time for us ever. At this early stage there's no way of knowing what demand will be like but you can definitely relax a little. It'll be months before the rooms all go.
HOTEL SHUTTLE
We are happy to confirm the shuttle bus will be operating all weekend long from Friday noon until 6am Monday Morning.
Last year we also booked the coach for Monday all day and night. Numbers permitting, we'll do the same again this year.

FLIGHTS
The new airport in Murcia opened last year. Airport code = RMU.
It's about 35 mins away from the event now, with Alicante about 45 mins journey.
Flamenca will only be organising pickups from Alicante this year. Booking is available via the VBW App. Take a look.

A few personal words
Not everyone reads every newsletter. It is harder and harder to get people's attention, so if you are one of the faithful who is totally on the ball with everything, RESPECT!
It's frustrating that I can't confirm final plans surrounding all music areas just yet, however I already feel this year will be so amazing. The main club will be back in action (I know some people won't have had the chance to experience it yet) plus we have much more time to REALLY get the new poolside set up exactly how it should be. Plus, there's a few other surprises in store :)
All headliners are now confirmed, many of whom I see you mentioning on a daily basis. The same old cliché also applies... I'm like a proud parent on Xmas day waiting for the big reveal. These DJs plus a couple of specific sessions in various rooms are going to elevate VB to a whole new level... I really have run out of superlatives. September can't come soon enough.
My usual 'anxiety' started earlier than usual as the need to be in total control isn't helping me (at the mercy of others for once), plus I really have no idea what demand will be like this year. 500 people, 700? Despite there being even more choice out there for everyone this year, my gut feeling tells me we could be in for a ridiculously fast selling event! Add to that the small matter of the book I've just finished and it's been a turbulent few weeks in me old noggin'... but I feel some normality is just around the corner... He says... as the website crashes, no doubt!
