Free Mental Health Training: Let us know if you're interested
The Black Dog Institute has recently been successful in winning a philanthropic grant which will allow them to deliver free, accredited, mental health training to health professionals and the community over the next three years in rural and regional parts of Australia.

Regional Victoria is an area of focus and they are able deliver in-house training to teams of health professionals on a variety of topics ranging from depression, perinatal mood issues through to advanced training in suicide prevention.

Thanks to this grant, they are able to deliver in house training sessions for free (they’re normally $360 per person) to groups of up to 25 people. All training is interactive and evidence based using case studies and peer discussion as the drivers for learning.
