Please enter and park from the football field side (through the braai area).
Registrations will not be taken until this time, but kit will be on sale at the clubhouse on Tuesdays from when the club opens on 14 January.
2019 Licence numbers are valid until 31 January 2020.
Membership Fees 2020:
Adults: R370.00
Family members: R340.00 (2 or more/per person)
Pensioners (60+): R220.00
Juniors: R50.00
Social Members: R230.00 (no licence number issues)
Life Members: R140.00

What to remember:
- Complete a registration form which needs to be handed in on the evening. Please fill out the form before printing. Checkboxes work by clicking the space next to the option you want to select.
- Proof of payment if you did an EFT (can be done on the back of the registration form).
- Kit will also be on sale. Prices can be found here.
- Juniors to bring along a copy of birth certificate/ID, Juniors are encouraged to do pre-registration (see below) as it takes a few days to process and receive a junior licence number.
Pre-registration:
We will be giving the option of pre-registration this year so licence numbers can just be collected at registration: 1. Fill out and sign a registration form
2. Make EFT payment to the club's bank account
3. Email POP, copy of birth certificate/ID (juniors only) and finished registration form to registration@edgemeadrunners.org.za
These steps must be done by the latest Sunday, 19 January. When forms have been received, a number will be allocated and a confirmation email will be sent to you. There will be a separate table at registration for collection of licence numbers.
Sewing facilities:
For those who want their licence numbers sewn onto their vests, please support our 1st ERCO (Edgemead Runners Community Outreach) initiative and have your new number sewn while you have a drink. R50 cash only - proceeds to be donated to a sandwich drive which feeds the children at Bosmansdam Primary and Wolraad Woltemade Primary.
ASA:
If any of your information has changed, or you are transferring from another club please make sure your profile is up to date.
If you are transferring to another club, please let us know which one so we can transfer you properly on ASA.
Your registration will be incomplete if your ASA is not updated accordingly.
