HONOURS MAGAZINE
I am sure you have all enjoyed the Honours Magazine – some very good reports coming in about this Magazine. If you unfortunately have not received this Magazine as yet, please contact me at evelyng@mwebbiz.co.za and I will make a plan as I do have lots of spares for our members.
HONOURS APPLICATIONS - PSSA AND FIAP
A FRIENDLY REMINDER THAT THIS YEAR’S APPLICATIONS FOR YOUR HONOURS IS NOW OPEN ON PHOTOVAULT AND CLOSES ON THE 25th JANUARY. We look forward to the amazing panels again being presented for judging for this great honour and achievement. GOOD LUCK, TO ALL THE APPLICANTS.
Many of our members at the beginning of each year can also start to apply for FIAP honours – all info on this is on our web site. We start to look at these end of January beginning of February each year but we only send to FIAP when we are sure everything is in order. There is not a set deadline for these honours as members still perhaps need some International Salon acceptances to qualify for this honour and we like to allow time for this to happen. Please inform me at evelyng@mwebbiz.co.za if you are intending to apply for these honours so that we have your name on record as working on your application. Jill, who is the FIAP Liaison person likes to be able to send to FIAP March/April of each year but stressed that it is only done when we are sure all our members have successfully completed the forms.
MONTHLY COMPETITIONS
This month the clubs are allowed to have a double entry in the Senior and Junior monthly competition due to some clubs meeting in December and some clubs perhaps having missed a month for various reasons. This competition also closes on the 25th of the month as you know and is already also open in Photovault. We look forward once again to the lovely images every month that come from the clubs around the country. PLEASE WE WOULD STILL LOVE TO SEE MORE CLUBS ENTERING EVERY MONTH AS IT IS WONDERFUL TO SEE THE WORK BEING DONE.
