It is time to sign up for Bible study classes for the new semester.
Check out the list of classes at the registration link below!

We have a slightly different plan regarding Wednesday mornings for this semester. We will continue to offer 2 precept courses but will offer one main study for all other participants. It is Jen Wilkins' God of Covenant. We will view the videos as a large group but break into small groups for class discussion.
Whether you have participated in classes in the past or are new to bible study at HGBC, January is a great time to get started!

Do you want to meet new women or just get to better know HGBC women in your area? Gather Round is for you! We will match you with women who live in or near your zip code. A hostess will contact you to join the group for a meal or simply a time to connect. If you missed the fun last semester, don't forget to sign up this time. Gatherings are scheduled by home sometime in the next 6 weeks. If you have NOT previously signed up, you may do so at this link.

Mentoring Update
Thank you to those who have already signed up to be part of a mentoring relationship. We are planning a gathering on Monday evening January 27th at the home of Gina Curtis. Watch your email for more info to come. If you have not yet reached out and would like to mentor a younger woman or be mentored by a more mature believer, please email Teri at teri.pittman@huntersglen.org.

Our Women On Mission Evening group meets Tuesday the 14th at 7 PM at the home of Heili Herndon. Bonnie Siess, who grew up as an MK in North Africa, will share her experiences & perspective as a child living in a mission culture. She is a recent Baylor graduate in communications and works for Texas Baptists in Dallas.
You may have prayed for specific needs for missionaries and for their ministry, but how do you pray for their children? Being an MK (missionary kid) offers a unique set of circumstances that children may not understand. I'm sure her words will help us all know how to pray more effectively for missionaries and their families.
