TCON is Hiring a Construction Manager

TCON is looking to hire an experienced Construction Manager to lead our team and projects. Our current projects range from $1 - $3million, are all architecturally designed and range from mostly large renovations to custom new builds.

Our current Construction Manager, Adam Houston, has excitedly decided to move north to Sydney for the beach, surfing, fishing and his lovely lady! It will be difficult to fill his shoes but I trust that the right candidate is out there.

As most prospective employees are usually employed with other Builders, I would appreciate if you know anyone that could fit the bill, you could forward this email to them to see if they are interested in working with TCON!

Being a family run business, we know how to share a good time and make for a really good workplace for all our employees and this same nature would be shared for our newest Construction Manager.

I am aiming to grow over the next couple of years to become one of Melbourne’s premier Architectural Builders, so the right candidate will need to bring experience to the table as well as know how to lead the construction team in the right direction!

If you could please share the word and this email among friends and family, I would hope that I can find someone to start in February, 2020 to allow for a handover period before Adam moves on in March.

Thank you so much for your support in the past and I look forward to a big 2020 and beyond.
