UCR members will elect people to the Board of Trustees at the annual meeting on January 19. The nominating committee has nominated the following people. Please read their biographical information posted in the foyer and on our website.

Tithe Team
We're looking for two or three people to research local charities and make recommendations to the board for where our local tithes for 2020 might go. The research will include who the charity serves, how they align with Unity’s mission, what portion of their income goes to programming, and other criteria. See Laura Meade or any other board member if you're interested in being on this team. You cannot be affiliated with a potential recipient to serve on the team. Once the team is in place, it will accept suggestions of various local nonprofit organizations to consider.

MINISTRY OF THE MONTH ~ Welcome Team

This team, on a rotating basis, welcomes people to UCR on Sunday mornings and occasionally for a special event, like a memorial service. They also serve as ushers during the service. It’s a great way to meet people with very little time commitment (you’ll be at UCR anyway!). Right now, there are openings for the 1st Sunday of the month, the 3rd Sunday of the month, and the 5th Sunday (March, May, August, November).
