I recently started a blog and I'd like to share it with you. In 1839, Edward Bulwer-Lytton, coined the adage, “The pen is mightier than the sword.” I fully agree. But in this case – my pen is my sword! The Oculus is my public journal so to speak, where I share thoughts from my private journal of the same title.

From my family to yours - Happy New Year 2020! Welcome to the next decade of your life - 20x! 
At this time of the start of the year where many talk about new years resolutions and the changes they plan to make in their lives on a personal level with regards to career goals, personal habits, health, and interpersonal relationships - I want to take a moment to talk to you about dynamic spiritual resolutions!
20x! HOST THE FUTURE!
The birth of a new decade that I have named 20x! (which is a prophetic hashtag for the years ahead) always cultivates an atmosphere of hope!

The first two decades of the second millennium was seemingly interspersed with times of both addition and subtraction in our lives. We gained some victories and triumphs on many fronts but we also endured loss. Some of it heartbreaking enough to make small wins and gains taste all that much sweeter!
But the next decade (#20x!) is buxom with anticipation of a season of multiplication and restoration with addition!

In November of 2019 the Spirit of God spoke to me about the next decade and the year 2020 specifically, and gave me a prophetic word for the Church and the Saints of God.
